Please read this return policy carefully. By making a purchase, you automatically agree to these terms. No exceptions will be made.

Returns

Period:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item.

Conditions:
Returned items must:

• Be unused and unwashed

• Have all original tags attached

• Be in original and undamaged packaging

• Not have any scent from perfume, deodorant, or detergent

Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of the following items:

• Underwear, lingerie, tights

• Swimwear

• Accessories

• Personal care products

• Items marked as SALE

How to return:
Send an email to info@larsenoglind.dk with the following information:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Optional photo if the item is damaged or defective

• Your full name and contact information

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer instant exchanges, meaning you can choose a different size and have your new item shipped immediately.

• If you do not want an immediate exchange, you can opt for a store credit, valid for 6 months from the issue date.

• All store credits are issued in DKK.

No Refunds, Only Store Credit

We do not offer cash refunds, even for changes of mind or wrong size.
Instead, you will receive store credit equal to the full value of the item, provided the return conditions are met.

For defective or incorrect items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. If it happens again, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Shipping & Costs

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Returns must be sent to China, and shipping starts from €20.

• Always use Track & Trace – we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Order Cancellation or Changes

Orders can be cancelled or modified as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Contact us as soon as possible at info@larsenoglind.dk with your order number and requested change. Once an order is being processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
